Here are some things that you might want to prepare before visiting the showflat:
- If you currently own a HDB flat:
- Login to the CPF website and check how much CPF you have utilised and assess how much is available for your purchase
- If you have taken a HDB Loan, login to the HDB website to check your outstanding loan
- If you have taken a bank loan, check with your bank for your outstanding loan amount
- If you do not currently own a HDB flat, login to the CPF website to assess how much CPF is available for your purchase
- Understand how Buyer’s Stamp Duty and Additional Buyer's Stamp Duty Works
- Understand TDSR, and speak with a banker to assess how much loan you can get
- Alternatively, use our Calculators to estimate the loan that you are eligible for
- Review the Normal Progressive Scheme so that you can plan ahead
